Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Consulting Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this position, you will provide administrative support to our consulting team, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve tasks like data entry, scheduling, correspondence, project management, and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the consulting team, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing project files.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, including project status reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate project logistics, including materials, equipment, and human resources.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the consulting team.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assist in the development of project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Manage office supplies and negotiate deals with vendors.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr
