What You'll Do- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop models, simulations, and decision-support tools.
- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- Present actionable recommendations to leadership.

- Exposure to advanced technologies and complex systems.

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM degree
- 5-10 years of experience in operations research, applied mathematics, or statistical analysis
- Experience developing and applying analytical models (e.g., risk, simulation, logistics, performance)
- Strong data analysis skills, including validation and model testing
- Experience conducting predictive and risk-based analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting weapons system operational assessments or mission assurance activities
- Experience briefing senior DoD or Air Force leadership
- Familiarity with NC3 systems or other mission-critical operational environments
