We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RFP & Grant Compliance Specialist. You will oversee the management, documentation, and strict compliance of federal and state Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and grant programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation, legal review, and submission of RFPs and grant proposals.
- Ensure absolute compliance with all federal regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and UCC law.
- Review complex contracts for legal accuracy, negotiate terms with vendors, and manage the contract lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Oversee document management systems (Salesforce, Docu Sign, ERP systems) to maintain pristine records of all proposals and amendments.
- Support business development by drafting technical narratives and developing compliance frameworks for new bids.
