What you’ll do- Lead the residential care team and set the tone of a supportive, fun, and uplifting environment.
- Plan engaging activities that meet the individual needs of each young person.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policy, health and safety, and statutory requirements.
- Support staff development and maintain high standards of care and education.
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Wide experience as a childcare practitioner, having managed teams within a residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or willingness to obtain it.
- A focus on children and young people, placing them at the centre of all that you do.
- Full driving licence.
