What you’ll do
  • Lead the residential care team and set the tone of a supportive, fun, and uplifting environment.
  • Plan engaging activities that meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policy, health and safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Support staff development and maintain high standards of care and education.
  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
What we’re looking for
  • Wide experience as a childcare practitioner, having managed teams within a residential setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or willingness to obtain it.
  • A focus on children and young people, placing them at the centre of all that you do.
  • Full driving licence.
