Job Requirements

• Smooth and finish asphalt surfaces on roads, driveways, pathways, and parking lots.
• Set asphalt evenly and efficiently for optimal results.
• Assist in subgrade work and perform manual tasks such as digging, raking, and sweeping.
• Demonstrate individual initiative and reliability while working on-site.
• Maintain a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Previous experience in asphalt raking or related construction roles preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Strong physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy materials as required.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a dedication to completing tasks efficiently and safely.
