About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on Field Construction Manager with DAS and in-building wireless experience. This is a true field role, requiring frequent site visits, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has experience in large venue support and managing service providers to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IDAS, in building, or DAS construction and be comfortable with frequent travel (50%) to multiple project sites.
Responsibilities
Manage on-site construction and ensure civil works meet quality and safety standards.Oversee and coordinate service providers (SPs) and vendors to meet project deadlines.Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.Troubleshoot DAS and in-building equipment to ensure optimal performance.Enforce safety guidelines, compliance regulations, and quality expectations.Provide regular progress updates and maintain accurate construction documentation.Requirements
3-5 years of experience in construction management with a focus on DAS and in-building wireless systems.Proven track record managing large venue projects and vendor relationships.Strong hands-on field experience, including troubleshooting technical issues.Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to changing site conditions.Must be within 50-75 miles of Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States for easy site access.Seniority level
