Field Resource Foreman at Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms

General Purpose of the Job

The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.

It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect surrounding areas, equipment, and tools; identify and discuss safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors, ensuring technicians also complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
  • Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project, including:
    • Communication with the WTI Field Resources Supervisor daily and before starting new projects (ensuring any/all communications with Sales Reps are shared with the Supervisor).
    • Communication with the Sales Rep weekly or as needed, and before new projects.
    • Discussion with WTI crew members to review scope of work, daily tasks, and overall schedule.
    • Communication with the customer/client daily or weekly as required by the Sales Rep.
  • Efficiently manage projects by overseeing crew start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete tasks safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification after issuance by the Supervisor.
  • Using the company-mandated reporting tool, complete an end‑of‑day and/or end‑of‑project walk‑through to ensure workmanship quality and address punch list items before leaving the job site. Update work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
  • Maintain a professional appearance for all WTI Field Resources Reps and ensure positive customer interaction while serving clients.
  • Order, track, and monitor inventory; ensure quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted on time.
  • Provide pricing for self‑performing projects over $12,500.
  • Submit all proposals over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before being forwarded to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to Sales Rep.
  • Monitor and manage Field Reps; consult with the Supervisor to take corrective actions for employee work‑related issues. Coordinate with HR as needed for escalation.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
  • Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
  • Attend all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
  • Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays as needed.
  • Pass a pre‑employment drug test.
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • 30‑hour OSHA certification.
  • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
  • Minimum five years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • Familiarity with built‑up, EPDM, PVC, and other low‑slope roofing systems, as well as metal and steep‑slope roofing systems and their repair methods.
Salary

$53,000 – $65,000 annually (estimated range based on qualifications and experience).
