Worship Leader

Are you an experienced Worship Leader ready to take the next step in your career? Don’t miss this opportunity to join the Sagebrush Worship Team! We are seeking someone with exceptional skills who is comfortable leading weekend services at our largest location, Riverside. The ideal candidate will have excellent on-stage leadership, both musically and spiritually, with strong vocal and instrumental abilities across various genres.

• A growing, dynamic relationship with Christ and a Jesus-focused lifestyle.
• 3-5 years of Worship Leader experience.
• Exceptional vocal talent.
• Ability to play a musical instrument.
• Music education is a plus but not required.
• Natural ability to connect quickly and encourage worship.
• Experience coaching musicians and leading bands in live settings.
• Proficiency with Ableton Live, Pro Presenter, and Planning Center Online.
• Flexibility to work additional hours for special events.

• Lead engaging and consistent worship experiences through strong on-stage leadership.
• Build and develop a community of musicians, including recruiting volunteers.
• Align with Sagebrush’s mission to know and make Christ known.
• Support and care for the campus music teams, providing updates, initiatives, and training.
• Participate actively in campus ministry, contributing ideas for outreach and community events.
