KRQE Media Group-home to CBS, FOX, CW, My50, , KRQE Now, and a powerhouse portfolio of social platforms-is searching for a visionary Creative Services Director ready to shake up what local media marketing looks like. We're not looking for someone to maintain the status quo. We're looking for a change agent-a strategic, fearless creative leader who understands where news consumption is going and knows how to pull audiences toward us across every platform.

- A talented8-member creative team(promotion, production, design, digital).
- The full Promotion & Creative Services Department, shaping on-air, digital, streaming, and social media presence across all KRQE Media Group properties.
- Brand evolution initiatives-including reimagining the FOX identity for a next-generation audience.
- Multi-platform news promotion that resonates with audiences from Boomers to Gen Z .
- Reinvent local news branding and promotion across on-air, OTT, digital, and social environments.
- Develop cross-platform campaigns that grow audiences for more than a dozen newscasts every day.
- Elevate our visual identity and storytelling-from image campaigns to social-first content to major news franchise promotion.
- Lead the creative vision for KRQE Now, our rapidly expanding streaming platform.
- Work hand-in-hand with News, Sales, and Digital to build cohesive brand strategies that drive measurable results.
- Coach and inspire a high-performing team-setting a pace for innovation, experimentation, and excellence.
- Use analytics and audience insights to guide creative strategy, not stifle it.
- Serve as one of the GM's closest collaborators on brand development and long-term creative strategy.
A forward-thinking creative leader who:
- Understands legacy media production but is driven by a modern, digital-native mindset.
- Lives comfortably at the intersection of content, creativity, and audience engagement.
- Can brainstorm a Tik Tok concept, reimagine a FOX image campaign, and help a producer refine a news promo- all before lunch .
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas move fast and execution matters.
- Loves data, trends, culture, and the psychology of why audiences click, watch, share, and follow.
- Is obsessed with creating work that feels current , not recycled.
- Has 7-10 years of marketing, promotion, or creative leadership experience (broadcast or digital).
