Position Mission

The Graphic Designer and Content Creator enhances Homewise’s brand presence by creating visually compelling and engaging content across print, digital, and event marketing platforms. This role ensures Homewise communicates effectively with diverse audiences through consistent, high-quality design and storytelling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Create and design impactful print and digital materials that support Homewise programs, events, and campaigns.

· Develop blog posts, articles, and content that align with Homewise’s mission and marketing strategies.

· Support event marketing efforts with creative design and content solutions.

· Translate complex data and concepts into clear, engaging presentations using graphics, charts, and tables.

· Collaborate with all internal departments to develop marketing strategies and creative materials.

· Manage relationships with vendors, including printers and photographers, to ensure timely and high-quality production.

· Maintain consistency of Homewise brand standards across all materials.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience.

· 3+ years of experience in graphic design and content creation.

· Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality design and content work.

· Experience in nonprofit, housing, or mission-driven organizations a plus.
