Job Title: Catholic Parish Musician
Location: Kirtland Air Force Base Catholic Parish, 1950 2nd St SE, Albuquerque, NM 87116, United States
Schedule: Services on Sunday, rehearsals during the week.
Qualifications:

• Ability to read music and experience in a wide range of music, including Roman Catholic liturgical music.
• Proficiency in standard piano and electronic keyboard; experience with other musical instruments is a plus.
• Two (2) years of musical training or six (6) years of experience as a musician in a Catholic Church or chapel setting.
• Participation in a qualifying interview and ability to clearly explain Catholic liturgical worship practices.

Duties:

• Meet all music requirements.
• Prepare and lead music for Protestant worship services, including instrumental, choral, and congregational presentations.
• Set up and take down all music equipment used during Mass and rehearsals.
• Maintain professional relationships with chapel staff, congregation, and other personnel to fulfill duties.
