** POSITION SUMMARY
** The Concierge serves as a welcoming and helpful presence in our community, providing personalized assistance and support to residents and their families. This role involves greeting visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere, logging deliveries, answering phones, taking messages for admin team, patrolling the exterior grounds, light housekeeping and assisting care team with resident needs. The Concierge plays a vital role in enhancing the overall safety and flow of the community.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* * Include but are not limited to the following:
* Provide information and support by serving as a knowledgeable resource for residents and visitors.
* Facilitate reception and security duties during the evening shift.
* Promote resident and staff safety.
* May assist in handling resident requests and resolving issues or escalate to other department members as needed.
* Assist with resident transfers and nightly care, housekeeping, security rounds and reception work.## Qualifications

* Education & Experience:

**  + Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.  + Experience in customer service.  + Experience in residential care
* ** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**  + Exceptional communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with residents and staff through both verbal and written means.  + Knowledge and understanding of services provided by the Community to ensure well-being and satisfaction.  + Teamwork and collaboration abilities to work with other staff members are in the best interest of the residents.  + Problem-solving abilities to promptly address concerns or complaints, with the ability to quickly pivot from one task to the next.
