Interested candidates should have experience and expertise in non-invasive pediatric cardiology. Clinical responsibilities will be primarily in the outpatient setting with additional inpatient activities. The physician is expected to deliver the highest quality pediatric cardiology services to patients and their families.

• Average of eight patients per day
• 1:4 call with one weekend per month
• Physician and APC partners for inpatient and clinic coverage
• Run a comprehensive pediatric cardiology outreach program to southern New Mexico
• Provide comprehensive pediatric cardiac evaluation in an outpatient cardiology clinic
• Interpret pediatric echocardiograms and ECGs
• Consult on ED, NICU, pediatric and PICU patients at local hospitals
• Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment

• MD/DO, Board eligible or certified in Pediatric Cardiology
• Experience and expertise in reading pediatric echocardiograms and ECGs
• Additional experience in fetal cardiology is welcome
• Willing to consider part time and J1 visa applicants
