An experienced Hematology/Oncology physician is sought to provide comprehensive cancer care in Albuquerque, NM.
The role includes a balance of oncology and hematology responsibilities, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, participation in tumor boards, and opportunities for clinical research. Duties & Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered hematology and oncology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate on individualized treatment plans
Engage in clinical research and contribute to ongoing clinical trials
Maintain a balanced schedule of office visits, inpatient care, and administrative duties
Deliver high-quality care supported by nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers
Hematology/Oncology expertise
Communication and collaboration
Clinical research and patient care
MD or DO degree with completion of Hematology/Oncology fellowship
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico
Strong commitment to patient and family-centered care
