DIVISION CHIEF OF UROGYNECOLOGY – DEPARTMENT OF OBSTETRICS & GYNECOLOGY UNIVERSITY OF NEWMEXICO SCHOOL OF MEDICINE
The University of New Mexico Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Division Chief of Urogynecology. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a mission-driven academic medical center committed to advancing Urogynecologic care and improving health outcomes for women across New Mexico. We are seeking a Urogynecology division chief that will contribute actively to the climate of inclusivity, a physician leader who excels in clinical care, education, research and collaboration and who is eager to shape the future of a growing division in a diverse community.

The successful Division Chief candidate will provide strategic leadership to grow and strengthen the Urogynecology Division’s clinical, educational, and research programs. They will oversee high-quality, patient-centered care and ensure excellence across clinical services. The successful candidate will partner with departmental and institutional leaders to set priorities, allocate resources, and drive divisional and departmental goals. They will mentor and support learners and faculty while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.
