You’ll join a strong, collaborative group of 8 experienced clinicians supported by a large referral base across New Mexico.

What You’ll Love About This Role- Large, Established Program – Join a cohesive team of 8 Hematology/Oncology clinicians with robust systemwide referrals.
- Exceptional Earning Potential – $650k base salary with production incentives. High Conversion Factor. Total Cash Compensation earning potential over $1 million.
- Diverse Patient Mix – 60% Oncology / 40% Benign Hematology.
- Integrated Care Team – Work closely with nurse navigators, social workers, dieticians, and chemo‑certified infusion nurses.
- Balanced Schedule – 36 hours patient care + 4 hours admin, Monday–Friday. Flexible scheduling options.
- Manageable Call – Inpatient call only 7 weeks per year.
- Research Opportunities – Participate in studies through the New Mexico Cancer Care Alliance.
- Systemwide Epic EMR – for streamlined workflows.
BE/BC in Hematology and Medical Oncology. Commitment to inclusive, high‑quality patient care. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Interest in research and advancing cancer care.
