Temp Parttime Faculty in Health, Exercise & Sports Sciences

The Department of Health, Exercise, & Sports Sciences (HESS) in the College of Education and Human Sciences is seeking temporary part-time faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. We are recruiting instructors for the following programs:

• Athletic Training
• Exercise Science
• Health Education
• Physical Education Teacher Education
• Sport Administration

Positions are contingent upon need each semester, determined by student enrollment levels, course offerings, and graduation requirements. This is a continuous posting for Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and Summer 2027 semesters, with best consideration dates listed below:

• August 1, 2025 for Fall Semester 2025
• September 12, 2025 for Spring Semester 2026
• February 2, 2026 for Summer Semester 2026

Minimum Qualifications: Doctorate in the relevant program area or a closely related field by the contract start date.

Preferred Qualifications: Postdoctoral scholarly work, demonstrated excellence in teaching adult learners, and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success.
