Arts Program Coordinator VISTA role  North Fourth Arts & Workforce Training Center (N4

Arts) initiative will offer programs for adults with disabilities, building on the Albuquerque Sign Language Academy’s bilingual ASL/English model to support education, employment outcomes, and community inclusion.

• VISTA members will focus on researching workforce training and educational reform strategies and barriers.
• Develop responsive programmatic processes for information dissemination and discussion.
• Develop national partnerships for replication and implementation of research-based best practices to inform and enlist the next generation of community leaders.
• Build partnerships and create technical guides for managing a large network and providing a voice for community-based programs that support inclusive and transparent approaches to addressing poverty.
• Focus on building systems to inform programmatic offerings, researching methods for removing barriers to achievement for adults with disabilities, and building partnerships within the local and national community to support educational and employment opportunities for adults with disabilities (N4
