• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child; maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options.
• Assistant Teacher: $19.00 - $19.74 per hour.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
