Senior Bridge Engineer

• Lead bridge design projects ensuring compliance.
• Own project management from concept to completion.
• Mentor junior staff and foster growth.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Provide strategic leadership on engineering challenges.

• BS in civil engineering.
• Relocation available.
• 7‑10 years bridge design experience.
• Professional Engineer registration within 6 months.
• Proficient in Midas, LEAP, LPile, MathCAD.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Micro Station.
• Ability to use tools for planning and collaboration.
• Advanced seismic design knowledge.
• Timber and masonry bridge design familiarity.
• NMDOT or other DOT experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

The pay range for this position in New Mexico is $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Base pay may vary based on experience, location, and qualifications. Restricted stock units and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits may be provided.
