Position: CV-22 Aircraft Mechanic II

Job Title

CV-22 Aircraft Mechanic II – Yulista Holding LLC

Primary Function

The Aircraft Mechanic performs a full range of airframe and engine maintenance, repairs, modifications, inspections and servicing of aircraft in accordance with approved methods, techniques and practices and certifies accomplished work.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain airframes, power plants, prop rotor, ECS, fuels and associated components.
  • Perform preflight, post‑flight and phase inspections, inspecting and maintaining various systems, fuel, flight controls, prop rotor (including weight and balance), utility and power plants.
  • Perform heavy maintenance, including engine, PRGB, hub removal and replacement.
  • Perform acceptance inspections of critical flight control components after rework or upon receipt from manufacturer, and aircraft acceptance and transfer inspections.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of CV‑22 aircraft.
  • Perform complex system/sub‑system troubleshooting.
  • Execute O&I-level aircraft modifications, time compliance technical orders and one‑time inspections.
  • Document and train active‑duty maintenance technicians on the job.
  • Drive/tow aircraft and equipment on the flight line.
  • Manage all aspects of aircraft maintenance, including documentation, special inspections, time change items, DIFM assets, TCTOs and associated items.
Supervisory Responsibilities

None (no direct reports).

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Prior experience with CV‑22 Integrated Maintenance Concept (IMC) operations.
  • Held qualifications on CV‑22 or V‑22 aircraft such as Red X’s/ IPI’s, APU and Blade Fold Wing Stow, Aircraft Tow Supervisor and Refuel/Defuel.
  • Experience with tugs, forklifts, and cranes.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of seven (7) years continuous aircraft maintenance background in an Aircraft Mechanical specialty on any fixed‑wing or rotary aircraft.
  • At least three (3) years of experience on CV‑22 or V‑22 aircraft OR at least one year of recent (within the past three years) documented experience on CV‑22 or V‑22.
  • Extensive working knowledge using technical publications, bulletins, diagrams, ground support equipment and precision tools in accordance with the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM).
  • Government security clearance required.
