Overview

As a Field Service Engineer (Customer Engineer), you will serve as the direct liaison with customers, installing, maintaining, and upgrading advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair precision wafer fabrication systems.
  • Use oscilloscopes, DVMs, and diagnostic software to ensure maintenance and calibration are perfect.
  • Review equipment engineering specifications and provide feedback to the factory.
  • Build and maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication.
  • Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Opportunity for global travel and support of R&D laboratories.
Qualifications
  • Experience in electronics, mechatronics, or microelectronics technology.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, on‑call, and holidays as required.
  • Strong problem‑solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
