Responsibilities- All engineering activities outlined in the Performance Work Statement
- Strategic vision/goals for the engineering team
- Team training and responsibilities
- Technical requirements documentation development
- Functional architecture and configuration
- Acceptance test plans and reporting
- Direct guidance and task assignment for the engineering team
- Systems Engineering processes and best practices
- Modeling & Simulation protocols including Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) and/or High‑Level Architecture (HLA)
- Virtualization technologies (e.g., vmWare)
- Containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies including Docker/Kubernetes, Open Shift, Ansible, etc.
- MS in IT Management / BS in Information Technology or Networking
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS
- 2 years Modeling and Simulation experience
