Customer Service Rep
Sales Support Cashier Responsibilities
- Greet Customer Upon Entry to the store
- Answer all incoming call to Baillios
- Work alongside the sales staff to complete the overall experience to customers
- Responsible for calling and contacting customers to schedule delivery/installation.
- Responsible for ensuring product is in inventory, waiting to be released by warehouse.
- Responsible for working with Sales Staff for all customer product that is on backorder.
- Communicate all delays in a project to customer, internal operations persons, and sales.
- Ensures no product leaves the warehouse without payment in full. Follow up with Sales
- Work with delivery and warehouse to schedule committed deliveries with the customers.
- Point of contact with the delivery team regarding any circumstances or obstacles they are confronted with.
- Manage damaged product process
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to use computers for data entry and processing.
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
