As a Customer Service Agent, you will support customers with services such as driver’s licenses, vehicle titles, registrations, TSA Pre Check, Real IDs, and more. You’ll play an important role in delivering outstanding service to the communities we serve.

• Full-time roles: 40 hours per week
• Part-time roles: 15–30 hours per week
• Business hours:
  Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 6:30 PM;
  Saturdays until 3:30 PM
• Open availability is required — applicants must be willing to work any shift during business hours and at any of our Albuquerque or Rio Rancho locations

• Must pass a background check (no DUI/DWI, felony convictions, or tax liens)
• Valid and current New Mexico driver’s license
• Open availability

MVD Express has multiple locations throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. We are currently hiring for general placement and not for a specific site. Selected candidates must be open to working at any of the following offices, depending on business need:
