• Perform full‑service banking, focusing on customer service and sales to meet branch goals.
• Execute teller duties: cash transactions, account openings or updates, and information on products and services.
• Address customer needs to maximize experience both in‑branch and by phone.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral targets and contribute to branch objectives.
• Provide customers with information on promotions, contests, and new account options.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• B Banking experience is a plus but not required – on‑the‑job training provided.
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
