** What you’ll accomplish with us
** As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS.
* Assist in the preparation of external reporting deliverables, including audited financial statements and regulatory filings.
* Perform intercompany eliminations and ensure proper reconciliation of intercompany balances.
* Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
* Collaborate with business units and regional finance teams to gather financial data and ensure consistency in reporting.
* Maintain and enhance consolidation systems and tools (e.g., One Stream, Hyperion, SAP BPC).
* Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards.
* Support internal and external audit requests and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

* Demonstrates strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS
* 3–5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or public accounting
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
* Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, One Stream, Hyperion) as well as advanced Excel skills;

What would be considered an asset but not required:
* Experience in a multi-national corporation or shared services environment.
* Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools
