Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our accounting and finance team. The CFO will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization, ensuring compliance with various regulatory bodies, and contributing to strategic decision-making to drive growth. This is a permanent position, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, and is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Responsibilities:
You will provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization, optimizing the handling of bank and deposit relationships, and initiating appropriate strategies to enhance cash.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of the organization's budgeting and financial forecasting, ensuring all financial operations are in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
You will oversee the production of timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring that the organization complies with all GAAP guidelines.
You will manage and oversee all grants, ensuring that they are utilized and reported correctly.
You will lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will also implement finance-related policies and procedures, ensuring they are followed across the organization.
You will ensure that all financial contracts, agreements, and grants meet legal requirements and organizational policies.
You will report financial results and projections to the board of directors and provide expert advice on all financial matters.
You will represent the organization in its relationships with partners, donors, and the public, ensuring a positive image and reputation.
You will contribute to the development of new programs and strategic initiatives, providing financial insights and projections.
You will coordinate all audit activities, ensuring the organization's financial operations are transparent and adhere to high standards of accountability and control.
