This full‑time, on‑site Financial Representative role is based in Albuquerque, NM. The Financial Representative will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situation, and develop comprehensive financial plans. Daily responsibilities include educating clients on insurance, investment, and retirement planning solutions, presenting tailored recommendations, and implementing agreed‑upon strategies. The role involves ongoing relationship management, including regular reviews of client plans, monitoring market and product changes, and adjusting strategies as needed.
The Financial Representative will also engage in business development activities such as networking, prospecting, and participating in local community events to build a sustainable client base.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive Financial Planning strategies for diverse client needs.
- Knowledge of Insurance solutions, including life, disability income, and long‑term care products.
- Strong understanding of core Finance principles and personal financial management.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Retirement Planning
, including long‑term goal setting and income strategies. - Familiarity with Investments
, such as mutual funds, annuities, and other wealth management tools. - Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to obtain applicable state insurance licenses and securities registrations (e.g., FINRA Series 6/7, 63/65 or 66), if not already held.
