** The Role and Impact
** As an APTM Finance Cost Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Intel's financial operations and strategic decision-making processes. You will provide expert financial analysis, and insights to guide business strategies while driving efficiency and cost optimization.
** Business Group
** The Advanced Packaging Technology Manufacturing Foundry Finance team operates within Intel's Finance organization, a global business group committed to enabling strategic decision-making and driving financial optimization across Intel.

This team partners closely with operations and business teams to create robust financial plans, integrate performance outcomes, and deliver data-driven insights that support Intel's profitability goals. * Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead Cost financial close and planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Explain risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
* Partner with operational teams to develop structural cost modeling and drive affordability
* Support ERP system design/testing/implementation and cost expertise in new system functionality
* Execute financial process improvements by maintaining and automating financial tools to enhance efficiency in analysis and reporting.
* Conduct cost/benefit and sensitivity analyses on various scenarios to provide actionable insights to business teams.
* Provide strategic finance support to senior leaders, offering recommendations that influence operational and financial decisions.
* Develop and maintain complex financial models to support cost reduction and decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies, maintaining the integrity of external and internal reporting.
* Drive cost reduction strategies, process efficiencies, and system automation to optimize business outcomes.

* Qualifications:

**** Minimum Qualifications,
** you must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in  + Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, or analysis roles.  + Financial modeling and business analytics.  + Financial systems such as PowerBI, Power Query, SAP, Inventory Costing or other related tools.  + Leverage data manipulation and reporting to create actionable insights.  This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
** Preferred Qualifications
** are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
* Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
* Experience in Foundry finance, manufacturing environments, or advanced packaging technologies.
