Performs diagnostic medical radiographic examinations. Participates in multidisciplinary teams as required. Knowledgeable regarding hospital policies and procedures. Work schedule is varied days and hours.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associates Degree preferred. - New Mexico Radiography Technologist (RRT) License or temporary license required.
- ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred at hire; employee will have one year to obtain ARRT certification.
- Credentials: NM Radiography Tech, Rad Tech-Radiography, Temp NM Radiography Tech.
- Maintain department policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance and safety standards.
- Perform radiographic examinations and develop film, evaluating technical quality.
- Check equipment, supplies, and accessories regularly; maintain required stock for each radiography room.
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of work areas.
- Transport patients to radiographic room and prepare and maintain the room.
- Participate in educational programs, literature review, and workshops to enhance professional growth and development.
- Attend meetings as required.

CompensationBase pay range: $24.62/hr to $37.58/hr maximum offer for this position is up to USD $37.58/hr.
