Radiologic Technologist - PRESNow - 24/7 ED/UC Paseo

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our 24/7 Emergency Department at Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM.

Location: 6400 Paseo Del Norte NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113

Base Pay Range: $24.62/hr - $41.90/hr

Job Description:

• Performs diagnostic medical radiographs and participates in clinical teams as needed.
• Is knowledgeable regarding hospital policies and procedures, maintaining established department policies, procedures, objectives and quality assurance, safety.
• Performs radiographic examinations, checks equipment, supplies and accessories on a regular basis and maintains required stock.
• Develops and evaluates film for technical quality.
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of work areas.
• Transports patients to the radiographic room, prepares, and maintains the room.
• Enhances professional growth through educational programs, literature, in-service meetings and workshops.
• Attends required meetings.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s Degree preferred.
• NM Radiography Technologist (RRT) License or Temporary license required.
• ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred at time of hire.

Credentials:

• NM Radiography Tech
• Rad Tech – Radiography
• Temp NM Radiography Tech
• Current BLS certification required.

Work Shift: Nights (United States of America)

Job Type: Full time (0.9 FTE)
