As a Med Tech you will play a critical role in ensuring safe medication delivery and fostering meaningful relationships with our residents.

• Administer medications safely and accurately according to established protocols.
• Maintain detailed medication logs and work with nursing staff to identify medication concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong, compassionate relationships with residents.
• Assist in resident assessments and collaborate with the care team to evaluate medication needs.
• Participate in continuing education and training to keep skills current and improve resident outcomes.

• Successful completion of a Med Tech training program.
• Minimum of six months experience in long‑term care, home care, or a related field – preferably as a Med Tech.
• Experience working in a memory care environment preferred.
• Availability to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use resident care systems.
