Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Growing audiology practice, National Hearing and Balance, in Albuquerque, New Mexico is looking for a full time enthusiastic and caring provider who is passionate about providing the best hearing healthcare technology available and to provide the best experience possible. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently as well as in a team environment.

Audiologist will be responsible for diagnostic hearing tests, vestibular testing, tinnitus assessments and treatment for hearing loss using state of the art equipment. If you don’t have a complete skill set, we will assist with training. This is a growth opportunity for the right person.

Main Job Functions
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains good public relations
  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Conduct vestibular assessments
  • Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc.
  • May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, senior living events, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, open to training and assisting with protocol development
  • Able to write reports, provide billing and diagnosis codes in a timely fashion
  • Assist in training audiology assistants and graduate students
  • Some travel may be required
You Will Need
  • Education:

    Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
  • Active NM State Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
  • Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
  • Self-starter, team player, positive energy
  • Problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to treat coworkers and referring providers with respect
  • Time management skills
