neje ResponsibilitiesYou will be the first point of contact for patients, handling a variety of essential tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include answering phones professionally; scheduling appointments; conducting insurance verifications; assisting patients with our online portal; and maintaining accurate medical records.
Qualifications & SkillsStrong customer service foundation is required. Excellent organizational skills and empathy are essential. Familiarity with healthcare software and tools is highly desirable.
