Your role is crucial in enhancing patient experiences by managing patient information, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and interacting directly with patients and healthcare professionals.

The mission of Southwest Eyecare/Eyewear is to exceed expectations by providing high quality eye care services to patients of all ages. We use the most advanced technology available to diagnose and treat routine and medical eye conditions. We nurture lasting relationships with patients, staff, and families.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling a variety of essential tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include answering phones professionally; scheduling appointments; conducting insurance verifications; assisting patients with our online portal; and maintaining accurate medical records.

Strong customer service foundation is required. Excellent organizational skills and empathy are essential. Familiarity with healthcare software and tools is highly desirable.
