Hospital- Peer Recovery Coach

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate Peer Recovery Support Specialist to empower individuals on their recovery journey from mental health and substance use disorders. Drawing from personal lived experience, you will provide non-clinical recovery coaching and help patients identify strengths while connecting with essential supports.

You will collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and community partners to bridge gaps between clinical care and long-term recovery.
