We are looking for a Hospitality Desk Supervisor!

New Mexico Sports & Wellness is Albuquerque's leading upscale athletic, aquatics, tennis, and family fitness club, with five convenient locations. Our clubs support the lifestyles of busy professionals, families, health enthusiasts, and those who simply strive to be more active by providing a wide spectrum of unique fitness and wellness services.

Our Hospitality Supervisors are responsible for hiring, training, supervising and coordinating activities of hospitality desk staff to ensure efficient operation and delivery of exceptional member service.

• Entering and tracking data.
• Deliver high quality customer service.
• Respond to and resolve difficult customer situations.
• Organization skills and attention to detail.
• Work flexible hours including opening, day and evenings.
• Being enthusiastic, pleasant and display a positive attitude.
• Effectively performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Motivate others towards same performance objectives.
• Ability to perform MOD (Manager On Duty) duties.

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You have college course work in management or hospitality field.
• You have a minimum 1 year previous supervisory experience preferably in the fitness, spa, hotel or hospitality industry.
• You have ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service.
• You have CPR certification.
• You have computer skills with Microsoft Office, Windows, email and point of sale software.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are assertive, have common sense, good judgment and a quick thinker.
• You have the ability to work in a busy and multi-faceted organization.
