Customer Service Rep, Hotel Front Desk
The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Front Desk/Reservations Associate to handle hotel room requests for the Sandia Resort & Casino. You will assist guests, describe room options, and coordinate with departments to ensure a superior guest experience.
Responsibilities include operating the front desk telephone system, updating occupancy and rates, using EAM and PMS software, and handling wake-up calls and international calls as required.
