The Director, HR Business Partnership (HR Business Partner) will provide strategic human resource consulting and ensure effective delivery of services to division executive partners. Acts as primary point of contact for corporate and/ or division-level partners (e.g., senior executives) and works directly with division partner(s) and consults on strategic business/divisional issues and their human resource implications. Represents HR organization within PHP and Shared Services.
This position is intended to be conducted in the state of New Mexico with on-site presence.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5-7 years of progressive and strategic human resources partnership experience.
- Prior experience supporting executive leaders.
- Participates in business strategy and planning meetings with Business Executives leadership team.
- Demonstrates complex understanding of internal business partners business strategy and human resource implications, along with the integration of corporate strategy.
- Provides forward‑looking, strategic counsel to senior executive, internal business partners.

- Conducts regular organization (division) assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues.
- Participates in the development of corporate human resource strategies; champions the vision, mission and strategic plan.
- Develops and coordinates the implementation of division‑specific HR strategies aligned with corporate strategy.
- Collaborates with senior executive, internal business partners to diagnose and solve workforce challenges.
- Coordinates executive search and selection and provides executive coaching (where appropriate).
- Manages and coordinates the effective service delivery of the HR Solution Center and Center of Expertise to ensure high level outcomes that meet division partners expectations.
- Provides regular analysis and reporting of key HR statistics, data, trends, and best practices to proactively identify gaps in customer expectations versus actual service levels, and collaboratively implement service recommendations. Utilizes reporting metrics to assist the Executive Business partners toward data driven human resource decisions and planning.
- Facilitates and participates in planning meetings and special project teams.
- Participates in the development of corporate and division policy.
- Attends regular Business Partner planning and coordination sessions.
- Shares information, knowledge and best practices with business partners.
- Manages HR specialists assigned to business unit. Provides coaching and oversight for HR specialist performance. Partners with Director for Employee Relations to ensure alignment of duties across PHS.
