• Listen to client desires and needs, provide recommendations, ideas, and help create scope and determine cost of implementation.
• Develop sitemaps and wireframes at the start of new website development projects.
• Oversee gathering and collection of content from clients, copywriters, photographers, and creative artists.
• Assist clients in choosing pre-designed templates for non-custom web projects.
• Monitor hours and resources spent on various project tasks.
• Relay information concisely to the development team for implementation or feedback.
• Coordinate the entire team working on the project to collaborate in the best interest of the client and their website.
• Provide content editing and graphic skills when required.
• Assure quality by performing critical reviews and testing during development and final stages, including web browsers and mobile devices.
• Provide regular and timely project status reports to management and clients.
• Facilitate tasks and documentation related to the client’s projects in Xynergy project management tools.
• Gather and upload final project resource materials to designated storage/backups at the conclusion of each project and guarantee final project documentation.

• Serve as the main point of contact for the Albuquerque and Santa Fe locations by working from the office and being available for all in-person client meetings.
• Help maintain a professional work environment in the location.
• Relay sales inquiries.
