Xynergy (parent company Consumer
51 LLC) is looking for a UX and design director with a high level of technical skills to lead a growing team of UX and visual designers.

• Lead the end-to-end design and build of websites and applications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business and guide them to success.
• Create wireframes and visual designs informed by HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Flexbox, and CSS Grid.
• Develop pixel‑precise designs using Adobe Creative Cloud, ensuring visual quality and brand consistency.
• Partner with developers to ensure smooth user journeys and seamless implementation.
• Direct design and marketing teams to build high‑converting landing pages and advertisements.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring their work meets client expectations and Consumer
  51 standards.
• Lead recurring design reviews, communicate client needs to designers, and present the design team's work to clients.

• Expertise in Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator or equivalent vector‑graphics tools.
• Proficiency in semantic HTML & CSS, with strong Bootstrap 2.3.2 experience and knowledge of Flexbox and CSS Grid.
• Deep understanding of UX best practices and accessibility principles.
• Strong visual design sense, knowledge of modern trends, typography and layout fundamentals.
• Experience in designing for responsive layouts and modern CSS.

You lead the design team to deliver the best product, are a lifelong learner eager to try new tools, empathize with clients and understand their goals, handle multiple high‑priority tasks gracefully, and apply design thinking to business goals.

• Logo design, icon design and brand development
• Animation
• UX prototyping (InVision, XD, etc.)
• Word Press theme/plugin development
• Expression Engine CMS
• Vanilla JavaScript / jQuery
• HTML Canvas
• D3.js
• After Effects / Premiere Pro
• Managing designers or developers
• Teaching workshops or classes

30‑40 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Albuquerque.
