Harkcon, Inc. is supporting the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST) and is hiring a SharePoint Configuration Management Specialist to work in a strong team environment at NNSA OST Headquarters facilities in Albuquerque, NM.
In This Role, You Will
- Provide SharePoint support and training to end users and other staff on a wide range of SharePoint applications and processes as required.
- Design and establish a test environment for new architecture before migrating to a final environment based on agency guidelines.
- Configure and maintain electronic documents and databases in designated file share repositories on SharePoint site architecture or other specific locations to ensure near real‑time coordination, review, storage, and reporting of documents.
- Migrate data from one server to another and organize files electronically on SharePoint with appropriate metadata to meet orders, policy, and directives.
Qualifications
- BA/BS
- 4+ years of related experience in SharePoint Online and Power Platform
- 4+ years of experience with SharePoint administration (required)
- 3+ years of experience creating or customizing SharePoint site collections, sites, lists or libraries, workflows, and metadata.
- Experience with custom workflows, Power Automate, Excel Services, and Office 365 site templates with custom libraries and lists.
- Clearance: DOE L
This work will be done on‑site at government facilities in Albuquerque, NM.
