Responsibilities

  • Analyze and determine information needs, data relationships, and reporting capabilities of applications.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and develop screens and reports; design database architecture.
  • Interpret customer reporting requirements and develop solutions.
  • Develop and test complex reports using tools like Microsoft BI, Visual Studio, Business Objects, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Provide database analysis, design, development, and management, specializing in SQL Server, Oracle, and web-enabled architectures.
  • Migrate legacy systems into modern enterprise systems and web-enabled applications.
  • Assist in coding, testing, and implementing database features like functions and triggers.
  • Support data extraction, manipulation, and custom report development.
  • Support application of Open-Source Technologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years in Visual Basic .NET and C#.
  • 3+ years as a programmer analyst in corporate or government settings, with experience in programming practices, analysis, and financial process modification.
  • Background check clearance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Java, PHP, Python.
  • Principles of programming, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and resolve complex problems.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to obtain an IA driver’s license for government vehicle operation.
