Technical Analyst 2
The University of New Mexico Information Technologies seeks a Technical Analyst 2 to join the Workstation Operations Team that is part of the Campus Outreach & Engagement program. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Microsoft and Apple endpoints in a complex enterprise that supports a range of services and use sophisticated directory-based management tools such as SCCM/Intune, JAMF, with collaboration tools such as Bomgar/Teams/Zoom.
The candidate will be part of a diverse team of technicians with a wide range of technical skills; all focused on the same goal and mission of making the university enterprise better than yesterday.

Conditions of Employment- Specialty licensure/certification may be required, as specified by the department.
- Successful candidate may be subject to a criminal background check prior to starting work.
Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.
