Presbyterian is hiring a skilled IT Service Delivery & Resource Analyst. The role provides a single point of contact for one or more IT Service Management processes, responsible for planning, coordinating day‑to‑day activities, monitoring and reporting on process performance. The Analyst will manage process documentation, support enhancements, and collaborate with technical subject matter experts to build or modify tools that support the processes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the design, development and maintenance of one or more ITSM processes and related procedures.
- Coordinate the planning and management of support for the processes and the toolset supporting them.
- Coordinate interfaces between ITSM processes and other service management processes.
- Coordinate the monitoring of process effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate the production of management information through the definition of CSFs and KPIs for the processes within area of responsibility.
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor SLAs, OLAs, and service improvement plans using ITIL best practices.
- Familiarity with reviewing IT contracts and measuring adherence to SLAs.
- Assistance in building Service Now reports for internal SLA measurement.
- Skilled in translating technical language for business leaders, managing cross‑functional expectations, and navigating IT resources.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business area plus 2 years of IT or business experience (or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Knowledge of process analysis principles.
