What you’ll do (first 3 months):- Calculate and reconcile commissions for 50+ sales reps (bi-weekly cycles)
- Spot and resolve payout errors before payroll cutoffs
- Streamline repetitive workflows (e.g., cut down 6-hour reporting tasks to 90 minutes)
- Suggest and test Net Suite process improvements
- 3 days/week in-office (Albuquerque, near Uptown)
- 2 days/week remote
- Net Suite
- Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups)
- CRM or payroll tools (nice to have, not required)
- Have past experience with commissions or account reconciliations
- Spot errors in data quickly and enjoy fixing them Prefer spreadsheets over long meetings
- Flexible hours
