If you have a keen eye for the big picture, excellent technical data analysis skills, and enjoy working collaboratively, we may have the perfect role for you! As a Field Service Technician III, you will perform maintenance and technical support on our products such as equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. You will be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, modifying our products, and updating/tracking the status of all field equipment.
Building and maintaining effective customer relationships and providing onsite training are also key responsibilities.
The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, serving as a prime integrator for high-performance ISR and aviation systems, including manned and unmanned aircraft. Its capabilities encompass design, integration, testing, certification, training, and logistics support, tailored to exceed customer expectations with on-time and within-budget deliveries.
Must-haves:
- High school diploma or GED, with typically 4+ years of relevant experience. Higher degrees or related experience may substitute.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and publications.
- Progressive troubleshooting experience.
- Understanding of electrical wiring concepts.
- Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- Experience with FCC or FCC GROL.
- Experience with Security+, Network+, CCNA, and/or A+ certifications.
- Basic knowledge of Spectrometer, Oscilloscope, and Pilot Static Equipment gauges.
- Background in Aerospace, Defense Industry, US Department of Defense, or US Military.

Factors influencing eligibility include allegiance, foreign influence, criminal conduct, security violations, and drug use.
