We are seeking a versatile IT Technician to join our team. In this role, you will handle a wide range of IT tasks essential for small business operations. • Provide PC-level support (hardware and software troubleshooting).
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, connectivity).
• Support cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Assist with cybersecurity measures (endpoint protection, basic security audits).
• Deploy and configure IT equipment (workstations, printers, peripherals).
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of IT activities.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on complex projects and escalations.

Required:

• Strong understanding of Windows and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
