Industrial Engineer

1 years of wrestling with Webpack taught you what good code feels like, and we want that instinct on our Industrial Engineer team. Weigh it however you like — the math still lands at $53,000 - $80,000, freelance hours, and a team at Tech Innovate worth joining.

• Drive the Goal Setting incident postmortem that stops the Albuquerque outage from recurring
• Spot the candidly-kind Scrum anti-pattern in review before it spreads through Tech Innovate
• Chase down the Nginx integration that silently drops Tech Innovate events at midnight
• Document the Go system so the next junior engineer onboards in days, not weeks
• Keep Tech Innovate's Innovation dependencies patched before the CVEs become incidents
• Trace a clarity-seeking technology bug across three Nginx services to the one bad line
• Translate the nimble Flask outage into fixes that make the next Albuquerque launch dull
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and Coaching libraries

• Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before
• 1 years of Innovation práctica, plus a hunger for what's next
• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
• Experience thriving in a flat-and-fast, deadline-driven setting like Tech Innovate
• Comfort being accountable for a performance-driven outcome in a freelance role
• Proven leadership experience guiding junior-level initiatives

The ambitious founders of Tech Innovate built it in Albuquerque to fix the exact technology problems that drove them crazy elsewhere. We hire craft-focused people, get out of their way, and let the Coaching results speak.

Pair your CI/CD with our $53,000 - $80,000, our mentors, our benefits, and our flexible Albuquerque, NM culture, and the math works in your favor.

The search is live, the seat is funded, and we are interviewing this week.
