Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Overview

Epic, a leading health‑care technology company, is hiring a Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney to support our legal team and help navigate complex litigation as we grow globally. This full‑time role is based on our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area.

• Manage complex litigation and high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Provide counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
• Develop and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Lead settlement negotiations and represent the company in court.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.

• Juris Doctor with strong academic background.
• 3+ years of litigation experience drafting motions, briefs, taking depositions, and conducting oral arguments.
• Experience in competition, regulatory, or healthcare litigation is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and creative skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area.
